For four generations, our family has farmed the deep soils of the Chelan valley, growing world-class apples in the unique lake-tempered climate.  Now, amidst the orchards and fields of our family farm, we also produce grapes for our estate wines.  The landmark stone cottage that houses the winery, built in 1937, gives inspiration for our name:  the stones of its walls were excavated from the Knapp’s Hill Tunnel just up the road.  From apples to grapes, soil to climate, Lake Chelan is marked by its distinctive agriculture.  Thank you for supporting this agrarian tradition!
