For years Tunnel Hill had a tradition of pairing delectable handcrafted truffles with our estate wines each February for Red Wine and Chocolate. We so appreciate everyone who join us and shared in this experience each year. Below are the recipes for some of the confections that you may have tasted. Each recipe was specifically flavored to create a unique pairing experience with the wine selected. While some of the vintages have changed, the pairings still hold true.
